Booking & Payments

All bookings should be made in the name of Indiatripo Group.

Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment options for your convenience, including:

• PayPal
• Credit Card / Debit Card
• Payment Links
• Bank Transfers
• Cash payments (in any currency)

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required. The remaining balance can be paid:

• One day before the tour starts from your country, or
• Upon arrival in India, but always before the services begin

The advance amount may vary depending on the type of service and how close the departure date is. For certain bookings such as special trains, luxury resorts, or peak season travel (Christmas and New Year), full payment may be required in advance.

Wildlife Bookings

• Wildlife safaris in national parks and sanctuaries are non-refundable.
• Any change in date will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or adjustment will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply based on when we receive your request:

• 65 days before arrival: 15% charge
• 64-30 days before arrival: 25% charge
• 29-18 days before arrival: 50% charge
• 17 days or less / No-show: No refund

No-Show & Group Tour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed in writing and will be effective from the date of receipt.

• 60+ days before arrival: 25% charge
• 59–30 days before arrival: 50% charge
• 29 days to arrival / No-show: No refund

Important Notes:

• Cancellation requests are accepted only on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding government holidays). Requests sent on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Bookings during peak season (24 December to 5 January) and Festival Period are non-refundable.
• No refund is provided for unused services such as hotel stays, transport, or meals if the tour is cancelled midway.

Changes & Pricing

• After payment, if government taxes, monument fees, fuel prices, or guide charges increase, the additional cost will be payable by the customer.
• We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service partners. Their terms and conditions will also apply.
• All vouchers, tickets, and confirmations are issued as per supplier rules.

Itinerary & Changes

• Tour itineraries are sample plans and may be adjusted for safety, comfort, or operational reasons.
• We may modify schedules due to weather, strikes, road conditions, or other unexpected situations.
• We also welcome custom itineraries based on your preferences.

Responsibility & Limitations

• Prices are based on current hotel and airline rates and may change without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by natural disasters, accidents, weather issues, strikes, political events, or technical failures.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the trip caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• We do not provide travel insurance. Customers are advised to arrange their own insurance before traveling.
• All personal belongings and luggage remain the responsibility of the traveler at all times.

Final Note

We are not responsible for additional costs caused by unforeseen situations such as landslides, road closures, weather disruptions, or similar events beyond our control.
